Robin takes the lead on Engagement and Restorative Practice. Robin is a fully qualified Youth & Community Development professional with many years experience as a Trainer and Practitioner. He currently specialises in Youth and Community Engagement projects operating in areas of acute need. He has recently been involved in Young People’s projects in Haringey, Hackney, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, Camden, Islington and Lewisham – as well as many national and international projects and training programmes. Over the past 5 years Robin has delivered youth and community projects as far afield as Jamaica, Hungary, Belarus, Greece and Uganda.
He also managed E13 Mix an award winning ‘Youth Led’ Youth Club in Plaistow, East London.
Robin was recognized as a leading international youth work practitioner when he received the Commonwealth Youth Worker Awards for Europe and the Globe in 2016-17. Robin continues to work alongside The Commonwealth as an advisor on youth work.
Tim takes the lead on evaluation and research. He has an international reputation in the areas of designing and managing out crime. He sits on various UK and European security standards boards, the Editorial Board of the Security Journal and the Advisory Board of the Design Against Crime Centre, University of the Arts London. He is an advisor to an All-Party Parliamentary Child and Youth Crime Group and a CABE Space Enabler. Tim specialises in carrying out qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, investigating community issues, problems and providing solutions. He has led numerous evaluation projects that have investigated all aspects of community life. He is currently involved with projects dealing with gang related issues and violence with a number of London Local Authority Schools and units who deal with Young People who have been excluded from school.
Bob is a Master Youth Coach. He has worked with and for young people, parents and youth workers for over 18 years.
He currently serves as the CEO/ Director of Coaching for the Community Coaching Academy. The CCA, via a mix of training, coaching, mentoring and consultancy empowers communities to create, operate and realise their own sustainable coaching services. Helping communities design, develop and deliver solutions to their own challenges.
Bob was the co-founder of the Youth Coaching Academy and was Director until 2007. He co-wrote, designed and trained on the world’s first fully accredited Youth Coaching Courses and helped to inspire a whole new field of coaching and personal development.
